Your product is fantastic. I am a triathlete based in Port Elizabeth, I recently came 1st in my age group (25 - 29) at the EP Olympic Distance Triathlon Championships and Future Life as been a vital part of my success. Many products these days, especially nutritional focused products, say one thing but actually do another. Not with Future Life, it is one of a few products that I know of that lives up to it's claims.

I used to struggle with my nutrition, I was simply not able to consume enough quality foods to keep up with my body's consumption but after I discovered Future Life it has done wonders for my energy levels, helping me maintain high levels of training while keeping my body fueled. I have "converted" some of my training buddies who now use your product.

For a while I struggled to get the product as the supply was not very consistent, especially in Spar but that seems to be a thing of the past.

HDI Support is a non-profit organization involved in feeding victims of disasters (Floods and Fires).When we were first introduced to Future Life we decided to use it on small groups at first. We took a group of children and kept then on Future Life for a while. 

The results  were absolutely amazing.  Firstly the children were getting a meal and because of the Omega 3 & 6, their concentration had improved and their energy levels were much higher. 

We  also introduced it to a group of Diabetics who had informed us that their sugar levels had stabilized.

For some time this old dodderer has not been well and feeling quite poorly. This product was brought to my attention so I thought - what the heck! Let’s try it. It is a really good product. I enjoy it as a substitute for breakfast. It is gluten free and dairy free and contains all the minerals, vitamins and trace elements in a format an old body like mine requires. I would like to put in writing how wonderful your Future Life Energy Meal product is.  I first purchased a box last year as I was very impressed with how nutritious the cereal/meal sounded. I have a 9 year old Son, who I thought would turn his nose up to it, as he is the type that only really likes flavoured cereals, however when he put the first spoon full into his mouth he was so pleased with the taste, that he cleaned his cereal bowl and then asked for more! Since that day, I have served it to him in either the cereal form or in a smoothie form, sometimes even adding some Milo, but he seems to like it more when it is plain. My Son has become such a fan of the product that he is practically in tears in the mornings if I try and give him anything else to eat for breakfast, and he always has seconds - not sure what you put into the product, but he has never been this happy with a cereal before.

This is my personal plea to your Company to never discontinue the FutureLife Energy Meal product, I will have a VERY unhappy little boy on my hands. At the moment I have 4 boxes stocked in my cupboard in fear that it will go off the market and each time I go to the supermarket I put another box into my trolley! My race nutrition for Iron Man UK was a big bowl of Future Life porridge 1 ½ hours before the start of the swim.  One sachet of Future Life mixed in water in drinking bottle, and topped up with another sachet when first had finished.   I am certainly going to use Future Life for all my races from now.

As a surfer maintaining energy during long sessions has always been a challenge. You need to eat to keep your energy up, but most meals end up leaving you bulky which is uncomfortable when lying on a board paddling. When I discovered Future Life it was a revelation because I finally got to refuel without the bulk. Then when I looked at the immune boosting elements of the product I was blown away. I think of Future Life as energy with benefits!

Just want to let you know how good Future Life is. I thought I was going into early menopause because my menstruation cycle had stopped since 2006. I am now 43, and when I consulted a GP he said that some women do go into early menopause from the age of 33. I do listen to highway radio every morning, and heard about Future Life. I would just like to thank you. I've been having future life as a shake for 4 months now and I have lost 12 kgs. I am an asmatic and battled with my weight my whole life. Just wanted to let you know I am LOVING your new multi purpose cereal. It is very difficult to find reasonable, suitable, healthy products when you are gluten intolerant and this works wonders.  With similar products there also seem to be additives which are not conducive to food intolerances and there is still some “itchy throat” type symptoms – but nothing with Future Life. I have recommended to friends and my running club and we are all most impressed.

It really adds some substance to smoothies. A recommendation – peel and freeze bananas in advance and pop them in frozen and blend – it has a similar effect as adding ice and thickens it up but does not make it dilute to a watery mess if not slurped immediately. Also add grated ginger and cocoa nibs – for an exotic vanilla/banana/chocolatey taste.

I am from a gym in Pretoria North. For the past two years I as a personal trainer have been using and promoting your product to bodybuilders at several gym\'s in Pretoria. My guys report great growth with this product and we are very pleased with it.

150 ml Ice water

What a excellent product! I am a cyclist and also do some running and swimming. Your product acts as a pre-race and recovery drink (I drink it as a shake). It works wonders especially to prevent the cravings I get after a race or hard training. The price is also a factor, because you will not get a  "recovery drink " anywhere else for that price. How about a bigger packaging? The 500g get used up too fast.
