Folate is essential for the normal development of the unborn baby and contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

I'm obsessed with the packaging colours, they literally say buy/taste me. You easily pack a few in you bag because they come in very convenient sizes. They come in handy for those snack in betweens. The caramel taste is devine and not too sweet. Overall the best snack.
