INGREDIENTS
- 250 g ButterÂ
- 1 Âź cup Castor Sugar
- 60 ml Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Original FUTURELIFEÂŽ Smart foodâ˘
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- ž cup Toasted Coconut
- Almonds for garnishing

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add oil and mix well
- Beat eggs separately then beat into creamed mixture.Â
- Sift flour and baking powder.Â
- Add coconut and FUTURELIFEÂŽ Smart foodâ˘.Â
- Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix to a dough that can be rolled out.Â
- Cut into squares and garnish with Almonds.Â
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
